Together with our partners from venture capital and private equity funds, private investors, banks and public institutions we assist in putting together financing for a variety of situations ranging from startups, MBOs, MBIs to M&A deals and growth strategy funding. In specific cases ECM Ventures will act as a co-investor when one of our investment directors will engage as an entrepreneur or board member.
