In 2012 ECM Ventures was founded by Dieter Schneiderbauer to pursue entrepreneurial projects and assist owners and management in shaping and implementing leading-edge strategies, fundamental change or ambitious performance improvement programs. Together with partners ECM Ventures actively seeks opportunities where the unique combination of entrepreneurial skills, capital and management can create lasting value. A particular focus lies on helping owners defining key objectives and executing succession plans or sales transactions.
